Shipping Costs

Switzerland: Orders over CHF 40.00 Free shipping, Orders under CHF 40.00: CHF 8.00 per order.

Europe: CHF 12.00 per order.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a notification with tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Switzerland: Delivery within 1-3 days.

• Europe: Delivery within 1 weeks.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Taxes and Duties

For orders shipped outside of Switzerland, additional taxes, customs duties, or fees (“Import Fees”) may apply based on the regulations of the destination country.

• The recipient of the shipment is considered the importer and is responsible for any Import Fees.

• As these fees vary by country, Ikiro Matcha cannot predict or control the amount.

If you choose to refuse a shipment due to Import Fees, you will be responsible for:

1. The original shipping charges.

2. Any Import Fees incurred.

3. The cost of returning the shipment to Ikiro Matcha.
